Subsequent Telecom expands business with telco acquisitions

Next Telecom CEO Ryan O’Hare

Telecommunications service provider Next Telecom has ramped up its business with the acquisition of four Melbourne-based telcos – Next Business Telecommunications, Business Class Telecom, Nextalk and WireNetworks.

Next Telecom says the acquired businesses have a strong national coverage, and the acquisition will not only rapidly increase Next Telecom Group’s revenues in Australia, it also allows further expansion of its corporate offices in Southbank Melbourne, use of all their brands, IP and technologies – and delivers another layer of broadband customers with significant online ordering capabilities.

Chief Executive Officer, Ryan O’Hare says “we are extremely pleased to be able to assume all the customers of Next Business Telecommunications, Business Class Telecom, Nextalk and WireNetworks”.
