Michelle is the co-founder of The Good Food & Wine Company brand and has her own management consultancy company in Northern Ireland. She specialises in the food and drinks sector as well as succession planning for family businesses, retail development, export development, and strategic business growth.

As the co-founder of The Good Food and Wine Company she has successfully grown this into an important food brand and has been a judge for the Great Taste Food Awards in the UK for three years. She is passionate about making linkages between business development and political policy decisions and as such is a member of the NI Assembly and Business Trust. The author of a number of published articles on economic affairs in Northern Ireland, she has also played an outstanding role in the promotion of the growth of business enterprise and entrepreneurial skills and attitudes in others in Northern Ireland.
